Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

If you're not happy, we're not happy.

We're pretty helpful here at The Brotique and know it's important to get the right product. So we have a pretty flexible cancellations and refund policy. Within 30 you can send anything (that's not made to order) back to us, as long as it's unused, undamaged and still in it's original packaging. For more details read on.
The big thing here is just speak to us. If anything is wrong, or just isn't great give us a shout and let us help - we really want you to be happy with your purchases. This bit of the site can read rather formally but the reality is we'll work damn hard to get you sorted!

 

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order you'll need to send us an email to theguys@thebrotique.co.uk as quickly as possible. The easiest way is to reply to the email receipt we sent you. You can also call us on 0131 629 1303 to talk it through with us. 

If you've spoken to us before your delivery has gone out we'll refund you immediately. If the package is on it's way, we'll need to wait until the goods are back with us before processing the refund. Please have a quick read of the return section if you're already received your order but need to send it back to us.

Returns
We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can of course return any or all items in their original condition and packaging for a refund within 30 days from delivery.

You'll need to let us know before you send the goods back to us. So please send us an email to the guys@thebrotique.co.uk Please include your Order ID in this email, let us know your reasons (if any) for returning the goods to us and finally if you wish to return only part of the order then please let us know which ones you're keeping and which ones you're sending back.

We cannot accept damaged or lost returns, and reserve the right to refuse your return if you do not send it by registered/recorded mail. You must return the goods unused. All returned products must be in their original product packaging. If you have opened the product packaging, or you have damaged the packaging so that it cannot be reused, we reserve the right to provide you with a partial refund only or provide some other good will gesture. You must retain your original registered/recorded mail receipt in case we require proof of the return in the unlikely event that your return package does not reach us.

Made to Order 

On our website, while not many of our products are made to order, we ensure that any products which are have a notification in the product description. Unfortunately any product which is made to order is not eligible for returns or refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights.
