These Terms and Conditions apply to The Brotique Gift Cards and govern the relationship between The Brotique and you or the person to whom you give the Gift Card. Use of your Gift Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You must read them carefully. The Brotique Gift Cards can be purchased in store or online at http://thebrotique.co.uk/products/gift-card-the-brotique. The minimum amount required to activate a card is £5. There is no maximum amount that may be on a The Brotique Gift Card. Your Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You must provide a valid email address upon purchasing your Gift Card both online and in store.
You may redeem your Gift Card both in store and online at www.thebrotique.co.uk. When you use your Gift Card the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the total balance on the card. The remaining balance may be applied to future purchases. Change will not be given. You may not top up the balance on your Gift Card however you may transfer any outstanding balance to a new card in store at The Brotique. Your Brotique Gift Card is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. You may not exchange your Brotique Gift Card for cash. Refunds will not be given for the purchase of The Brotique Gift Card. We reserve the right to refuse to accept damaged cards or cards which we believe may have been stolen or obtained in another illegal way.
Your Brotique Gift Card and the balance on it will expire if the card is not used for 12 consecutive months. We reserve the right to cancel your Gift Card if we suspect it is being used fraudulently or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
You should take care of your Brotique Gift Card and treat it like cash. The Brotique is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. You should immediately report any loss, theft, fraudulent or unauthorised use of your Brotique Gift Card either by phone on 0131 629 1303 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you lose your Brotique Gift Card or it is stolen, damaged or malfunctions, we may, at our sole discretion, replace your card and transfer the balance stored on it to a replacement card. Circumstances in which we may determine not to replace The Brotique Gift Card include where we reasonably believe that the notified incident has been caused by your breach of these Terms and Conditions or where there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that you are or have been engaged in fraudulent or other unlawful conduct. You must register your card upon purchase by providing a valid email address and is required as proof of purchase before we can consider, in our sole discretion, any request to replace your Gift Card.
