For a romantic outdoor activity, we recommend a stroll up Calton Hill to watch the sunrise, the early start is definitely worth it. Take a flask of coffee, a blanket and probably an umbrella to watch this beautiful sight.
What could possibly say love more than Casablanca? Showing at 1pm at the Cameo Cinema, this is a fantastic option for the film lover or someone who just loves love. Afterwards, taking a stroll to Lovecrumbs (sticking with the theme) for some cake and great coffee will draw this date to an end perfectly.
Last but not least, Summerhall is hosting a student art festival, ‘For the Love of Science’, it’s perfect for a date with single friends or a couple. This day about scientific love will include performance, speed dating, workshops, a party in the evening and of course, Pickerings gin.
